FAQs

Why should I do a boudoir session?

Why not? Feel pampered, important and gorgeous. You’re worth investing in. Do it for your birthday. A wedding gift. To celebrate your divorce. To celebrate your weight loss. To celebrate your enhanced breasts. Why not?

Do you provide clothes?

We do have a handful of pieces that mix and match well with what clients bring. I’ve made simple dresses out of pretty fabrics. Once you book you’ll receive a Getting Ready Guide with exactly what you should bring to your session.

COMING SOON! Lust & Love Lingerie!

A carefully curated collection designed to flatter all body types and work well with the style of my studio sets!

What if I’m just not sure?

That’s the perfect time to come into the studio for a no obligation complimentary consult. We’ll get to know each other more, view the collections, check out the studio and wardrobe. I’ll be happy to answer any and all of your questions.

How long does a session take?

Your session will begin at 10am and you’ll spend an hour and a half in hair and makeup while you’re enjoying some Prosecco and treats. Then I’ll photograph you for another hour and a half with the different looks I’ve curated for you. You’ll be ready to leave the studio by 2pm.

Do I have to get naked?

It’s totally up to you. Each client has their own vision and style for their boudoir session. Ultimately, it’s up to your comfort level. It can be from Sunday casual to super sexy, whichever you prefer.

Do you put my images all over the internet?

Not if you don’t want me to. When you come to your Ordering Appointment to view and order your images, we’ll review them all together. You will have the final say on what gets posted, tagged, and where.

Can I bring a friend?

While we understand you might be nervous and want some moral support, this day is 100% about you. We can assure you that once you’re done with hair and makeup you’ll feel completely confident on your own.

How many outfits can I wear?

Once you book, you’ll be given a Getting Ready Guide with what to bring. We typically curate 3-5 outfits based on what you bring and what I have in studio. From formal to casual to sexy.

Should I do my own hair & makeup?

No, we have professional hair and makeup artists that come to the studio. This is also part of the pampering and relaxing experience to help you look camera ready.

What if I want semi-nude photos?

We can do that too. I welcome the opportunity for fine art and or super sexy images.

Do you retouch my photos?

Yes. Every images gets a professional level of retouching. All clients get a smooth and glow, so that fine lines, wrinkles, cellulite, stretch marks, or anything else you may be self conscious about is minimized or removed.

MYTHS

I need to lose 20 pounds first.

Its not about the weight you’re at, it’s about loving the body you’re in. With posing, lighting, and wardrobe, that 20 pounds won’t be an issue. I have photographed women 20 or more pounds over what they wanted to weigh. I have photographed women that have gained 30 pounds since their last session. They leave here thrilled every time.

I have no one to give my images to.

This is all about you, and enjoying the experience. Having someone to give your photographs to eventually is just a bonus. Consider it a self-care day.

I’m not photogenic.

No one thinks they are. I’ll give you all the direction you need to make sure you are comfortable, confident, and relaxed. That will make for a great portrait.

I don’t know how to be sexy.

Don’t worry about it. I will guide you every step of the way and you’ll surprise yourself.

I have no idea how to pose.

You’re not supposed to know how to pose, that’s what you have me for. I spent years fine tuning poses that look natural, comfortable, and flattering.

I’m not young enough.

You’re not too old either. Every woman should be celebrated and feel great at any age.

I don’t own any sexy lingerie.

This is a great opportunity to shop for something new, or you can leave it up to me to make sexy images in the fabrics and bedsheets that I have.
